As a part of our Visionary Leadership Model, the Board of Overseers sets strategic priorities and focuses on big picture questions of effectiveness, transparency, and accountability. This empowers our pastors and staff members to make daily tactical decisions under the direction of the Lead Pastor and Executive Team.
