Our guest teacher, Jim Nutter, offers insight into Transfiguration Sunday, the journey of transformation that lies ahead in Lent, and the invitation of Jesus to more fully live into His death, that we might also share in His promise of life made new.

Reflection
As you prepare your heart for the Lenten season ahead, what is your "funeral"; the things in you that need to die in the coming weeks, that you might be able to experience the fullness of the Resurrection as a personal rebirth?
We often "give up" certain things for Lent, only to return to them shortly after Easter passes. How might this year be different? How might we change the behaviors that lead us away from God in a way that is more sustainable in the long-term?
