Reflection
Dan and Rachael invited us to consider the effects of fragmentation, numbing, & absorbtion in our lives during the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey. How will you be aware of these effects in your own life and heart? How will you extend "ferocious kindness" and grace to others in the midst of their own grief and trauma? How will you care well for your mind and body, knowing that these effects are likely, if not already occurring.
