The Training Coordinator is the person responsible for giving shape, coherence, and continuity to spiritual formation at the Lindale campus. Their role is not primarily operational or administrative, but formative and pastoral.

This role focuses on:

• Designing and sustaining clear paths for spiritual formation and discipleship.

• Providing biblical and formative resources for leaders and volunteers.

• Accompanying individuals who are growing toward leadership roles.

• Ensuring that formation is a cross-cutting layer, not an isolated effort.
