We invite you into a time of guided spiritual contemplation in person on Second and Fourth Sundays. At our Downtown campus, we meet between the 9am & 11am gatherings (10:20a-10:40a) in the Prayer Room. At our West Side campus, we meet after the 10am gathering in the Lounge/Prayer Room (11:20a-11:40a).

Whether these are completely new to you or you have been practicing them for years, all are welcome!
