Lindale Campus
At Ecclesia Lindale, we believe in supporting the whole person through holistic, accessible services offered in partnership with trusted local organizations. Our space is a hub for connection, learning, and care.
-
The Training Coordinator is the person responsible for giving shape, coherence, and continuity to spiritual formation at the Lindale campus. Their role is not primarily operational or administrative, but formative and pastoral.
This role focuses on:
Designing and sustaining clear paths for spiritual formation and discipleship.
Providing biblical and formative resources for leaders and volunteers.
Accompanying individuals who are growing toward leadership roles.
Ensuring that formation is a cross-cutting layer, not an isolated effort.
-
The Technology and Multimedia Coordinator is responsible for leading, coordinating, and supporting the technical and multimedia team at the Lindale campus, especially during services and community gatherings.
Their primary focus is not to do everything personally, but to:
Accompany and train the technical team.
Provide structural support to other roles (music, communication, leadership).
Ensure technology is aligned with the pastoral and communicative vision of the campus.
Create clarity and order in technical processes that, without care, generate stress or improvisation.
-
The Small Group Leader is responsible for leading, facilitating, and accompanying a specific group within the small group structure of the Lindale campus.
Their primary focus is:
Facilitating encounters that are well-prepared and centered on Jesus.
Caring for the relational and spiritual life of the group.
Assuming real responsibility for the group, without doing it alone.
Walking alongside other leaders in a community of formation and learning.
-
tner serves the Lindale community from their established experience, structure, and systems, allowing the church to accompany people without having to develop all necessary resources internally.
The Partner's primary focus is:
Providing constant, reliable, and recurring services.
Collaborating from a posture of trust, communication, and unity of vision.
Caring for the community experience with respect, dignity, and hospitality.
Recognizing that their work takes place within a space that the church views as a place of care for the community.
-
The Partners Coordinator is responsible for being the clear and constant point of contact between the Partners and the Lindale campus leadership. Their role is not to execute the services that Partners offer, but to ensure that the relationship is healthy, fluid, and aligned with Ecclesia's mission and values.
This role focuses primarily on:
Maintaining regular and reliable communication.
Ensuring alignment of vision and expectations.
Preventing misunderstandings, misinformation, or disconnection.
Helping Partners feel part of the same community, rather than isolated entities.
-
The Music Coordinator is responsible for providing direction, coherence, and pastoral care to the music ministry at Lindale. This includes having an overview of the campus music, coordinating musicians, and creating an environment where both excellence and inclusion/learning are valued.
While this person ideally plays an instrument and provides musical accompaniment, their primary role is not to do everything themselves, but to:
Coordinate and lead other musicians, creating clarity and order.
Form and mentor, integrating new people or those with less experience.
Nurture the spiritual and community tone of the music at Lindale.
Align the music with the pastoral and cultural vision of the campus.
