The Training Coordinator role at Lindale exists to cultivate, accompany, and structure the spiritual formation processes of the campus, helping leaders, volunteers, and participants grow in their relationship with Jesus and be formed in the Scriptures, practices, and the path of discipleship.
This role addresses a specific campus need: people who serve and lead with willingness but require biblical training, spiritual foundations, and accompaniment to guide others with integrity, clarity, and maturity. Formation cannot remain implicit or assumed; it needs to be intentional, accessible, and pastorally cared for.

This role allows the church to avoid creating complex systems (education, family support, basic services) from scratch; instead, it walks alongside trusted organizations and professionals, integrating their work into the community and pastoral life of the campus.

The Music Coordinator role at Lindale exists to lead, coordinate, and develop the community through the cohesion that music helps generate, creating spaces where the community can worship, participate, and be spiritually formed through music.
This role accompanies music times—initially once or twice a month—and shepherds the musicians who serve in them. It is not just about organizing songs or rehearsals, but about leading a formative space where musicians with different levels of experience can grow, serve, and discover what God is calling them to in this season.

The Children’s Coordinator at Lindale ensures that Sunday spaces for children (ages 0–12) are places where they feel seen, known, and loved. As the practical and pastoral leader of this ministry, this role exists to spiritually guide children while supporting volunteers and partnering with families. With a heart for pastoral care and strong organizational skills, this team member ensures that the ministry functions in a structured, safe way that is deeply contextualized to Lindale’s bilingual and community-oriented reality.

The Building Coordinator role at Lindale exists to look after basic operations, logistics, and space availability, ensuring the building is safe, functional, and welcoming for community life. This role allows gatherings, events, and moments of fellowship to happen with order and peace of mind, freeing other leaders and pastors from operational tasks and ensuring the space is available for the community to stay, share, and build relationships, not just to “complete an event.”
