At Ecclesia, stewardship and integrity are part of how we live out our faith. Our administration team sets the foundation for stewarding our church’s resources, time and systems with responsibility.

  • The Leadership Development Partner helps develop leadership development content for 12 all-staff gatherings per year and cultivates a small team to share ownership of the work. This role supports leadership development through collaboration, presence, and intentional planning.

  • The Tax Season Partner is a seasonal volunteer leader who owns vendor follow-up and data accuracy related to tax documentation. This behind-the-scenes role brings clarity and organization to a critical process and supports the Finance Team through consistent communication and follow-through.
