This team will focus on campus workdays with practical projects for upkeep, beautification, and care for our campuses.

This role is primarily about leading people, not just completing tasks. The Team Lead recruits and guides volunteers, coordinates monthly workdays, and creates simple, joyful rhythms of service where people are formed as they serve together.

This role is for anyone who enjoys hands-on service and being part of a team. No special skills or experience are required—just a willingness to show up, help where needed, and care for our shared spaces together. Team members serve under the guidance of a volunteer leader and participate in relaxed, once-a-month workdays.
