The Campus Hospitality Team exists to support the life and ministry of each campus by creating environments that are warm, organized, and ready for people to gather and connect. This team helps turn vision into reality by stewarding spaces, coordinating logistics, and ensuring every campus gathering reflects our values of excellence, generosity, and care for people.

Summary of Role
The Sunday Morning High School Group Leader helps students experience the relational love of Jesus through consistent relationships, intentional conversations, and fun. This role embodies our belief that high school students don’t just need content, they need consistent, caring adults who show up, listen well, and walk with them. By creating a safe and engaging environment, this leader helps students explore their faith, ask honest questions, and understand that they are seen, known, and deeply loved by God.
Key Responsibilities
Lead weekly small group conversations during Sunday morning gatherings
Create a safe, welcoming, and engaging group environment
Build intentional relationships with students
Help students feel comfortable participating and asking questions
Check in and take attendance of students
Serve under the guidance of Student Ministry Director
Frequency
2-4 Sundays per month
