The person in this role will be the first friendly face that families encounter—offering directions, help with check-in, and relational connection.

This leader reflects the heart of Jesus by walking closely with expecting families, those welcoming new babies, and those who are simply new to Ecclesia—helping our community respond with tangible love, presence, and connection during sacred life moments.

The VLC provides on-the-spot support and encouragement to volunteers during Sunday mornings, helping new and returning team members grow in confidence and live out our ministry’s vision and values.

The Spiritual Formation Team will cultivate spiritual rhythms of prayer, reflection, and encouragement for volunteers by coordinating meaningful worship elements like communion and ensuring ongoing prayer and support for the team throughout the year.

This team will lead and empower teams to plan meaningful family events, celebrate key milestones like graduations, and foster a joyful culture through recognizing birthdays and special moments.
