The Gatherings Coordinator provides volunteer leadership and oversight for the consistent execution of Sunday (or weekly) worship gatherings. This involves coordinating various elements, anticipating needs, and ensuring a smooth, hospitable experience for attendees and volunteers alike. This is a volunteer leadership role within a cascading leadership model.

The Gatherings Hosts team plays a vital role in Ecclesia’s shared mission of guiding people, building belonging, and forming community. As part of our cascading leadership model, Hosts are not simply helping with logistics—they are creating environments where connection can take root and leaders are multiplied through presence, invitation, and care.
