The Gatherings Coordinator provides volunteer leadership and oversight for the consistent execution of Sunday (or weekly) worship gatherings. This involves coordinating various elements, anticipating needs, and ensuring a smooth, hospitable experience for attendees and volunteers alike. This is a volunteer leadership role within a cascading leadership model.

The Gatherings Hosts team plays a vital role in Ecclesia’s shared mission of guiding people, building belonging, and forming community. As part of our cascading leadership model, Hosts are not simply helping with logistics—they are creating environments where connection can take root and leaders are multiplied through presence, invitation, and care.

The Altar Guild Leader partners with the pastoral staff to shepherd the Ecclesia Altar Guild in preparing the communion elements for our services. 

The Communion & Offering Servers Team serves as quiet guides in these sacred rhythms. Through presence, attentiveness, and care, this team helps create a worship environment marked by reverence and hospitality—supporting our shared mission of inviting people to spiritual formation, nurturing belonging, and forming disciples who live generously

This is a volunteer leadership role within Ecclesia’s cascading leadership model. Rather than simply completing tasks, Memorial Service Team members help multiply care—creating an environment where families feel supported and pastoral staff can focus on shepherding and prayer.
