The Technology Volunteer Lead oversees and develops volunteers who support areas such as audio, visual, lighting, livestream, and service-based technologies. Working within Ecclesia’s cascading leadership model, this leader creates clarity, builds teams, and partners closely with ministry and staff leaders to ensure technology consistently supports the mission rather than becoming the focus.
