Round Table Leadership Development Series
If you're reading this webpage, you've been recognized as a leader within the community fo Ecclesia. Thank you for how you lead and serve! As we prepare to move into 1100 Elder, we are well aware that the we definitely need to grow as leaders as well as raise up more leaders within the community. Our hope is to empower and equip people from all across this city to step into the things that God is calling them into, and to invite others to join with them. Whether you know it or not, you will play a huge role in this (and you already do).
We want to invite you into a series of conversations, that are designed to give you a chance to glean everything you possibly can from some amazing leaders within and connected to Ecclesia. No one is claiming to be an "expert" on any subject. All we want to do is create an environment where those leaders can EMPTY THEIR CUP. Where they can give you as much as they possibly can on a given subject/topic. If these leaders can give you everything they've got, we will be much better leaders and in turn a much better community.
We will keep the conversations short (45 minutes to an hour) and hope to grab some coffee and/or drinks together afterwards. If you miss one, we will be recording them and sharing the link to the audio file so you will be able to catch up.
We will also be encouraging small group leaders to take a "Sabbath Month" in August, where you do not have to host/lead your small groups. We will offer some weekly leadership development nights during the month of August on Wednesday nights at Taft. The topics for most of those are still TBD. Stay tuned, because as we nail down those topics and who will be facilitating, we will post it here.
