Where: 4-D Guest Ranch, Waelder TX. Check it out! http://www.4-dranch.com/ The Ranch is located approximately 2 hours outside of Houston. We will enjoy fabulous amenities such as a pool, hot tub, fire pits, and trees wrapped with lights. The property is serene...get excited!!
What: A weekend getaway full of rest, relaxation, and ways to connect with other women. Join us on the quest for peace and calm in the midst of such hurried lives as we press into the God who loves us deeply! You will discover multiple opportunities to get to know others or to sit in quiet solitude. Small group interaction will be optional and we will have a short but compelling menu of activities to choose from upon arrival such as workout classes or crafting. We plan to facilitate multiple sessions of worship and meditation. Our worship leader will be the lovely and talented Cameron Hammon!
Objective: We will explore the concept of what it really means to be still before the Lord. What does it look like to walk with God in all the business, challenge, heartache, doubt, and despair that plagues us in the many roles we play as women?
How: You must register for this event through Brushfire. Payment is due upon registration. That link will be up and running September 1st – September 28th. We will close registration on the 28th as 4-D Guest Ranch will require a final count 2 weeks prior to our arrival.
Booking Options: Depending on your needs, we have a range of options for your stay! Rooms are set up for double or quadruple occupancy, most of which are quadruple.
Day Pass - $ 40.00 (includes three meals) Unlimited attendees
Tent Camp - $ 40.00 for 1 night (includes 3 meals) Unlimited attendees
$75.00 for the weekend (includes 5 meals) Unlimited Attendees
Cabin A and B - $135.00 for the weekend (includes 5 meals) Quadruple Occupancy- Full Beds (Limited # of Attendees)
Cabin D - $ 155.00 for the weekend (includes 5 meals) Quadruple Occupancy- Queen Beds (Limited # of Attendees)
Cabin C - $ 185.00 for the weekend (includes 5 meals) Double Occupancy- Queen Bed (Limited # of Attendees)

What if I want to pick my bunkmate? Though we cannot guarantee, we will attempt to accommodate your requests for bunkmates. To make these request or for other questions on registration, please contact Joy: mrsblonde [at] gmail.com
What about babies? Though we do not allow children to attend, nursing mothers are welcome. We will have a sitting room in Cabin C to accommodate nursing mothers.
What about scholarships? At this time we DO have scholarship money!! Funds are limited, so please Please e-mail valerie.satula@gmail.com to inquire TODAY as registration will close on the 28th!

We will also have an option for registrants to ‘donate’ to the scholarship fund on the Brushfire registration page!
Sponsorships and Donations: If you are interested in making a donation separate and apart from Brushfire, please contact rachel [at] ecclesiahouston.org. We are ever grateful for the ways you all support Women of Ecclesia, financially and otherwise. The quickest and easiest way to do this is to drop a check in the collection basket at a weekend service-- be sure to write ‘WOE’ on the memo line.
What about the food? We have not gone over menu options with the Chef yet, however, we plan to opt for healthy meals and snacks for the most part. You are welcome to bring your own snacks. Each room does have a refrigerator. The cost of the weekend does include meals. 4-D Guest Ranch is not waiving that fee for those on special diets. We will get menu selections to you as we approach the weekend. Please note: All drinks and beverages are available for purchase in the lodge. ($1- $4) They ask that we do not bring outside food and drink. We do plan to have a trail mix bar like last year! We got special permission to do so. YAY!
What if I only want to stay one night? Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate guests for one night only in rooms. Our contract makes it difficult to split stays. There may be a few exceptions the last week of registration depending on our vacancies. If you would like to be put on a wait list for this option, please contact Joy: mrsblonde [at] gmail.com
What about carpooling? We think it is important to consider carpooling. Joy will be organizing a list of ladies who are interested. Please send her your name and the times you will plan to attend after you register. The first week of October, she will send an e-mail to open up communication among those who hope to carpool!! What about refunds?
We will not be able to refund those who register and then are not able to attend. If you can to find someone to take your place, we are fine with that! We will also try to help you find a substitute so that you can recover your payment.
