Playground

PLAYGROUND POLICIES

Because we want all of our children to be safe and well supervised, we ask that parents and families observe the following guidelines for use of the playground:

1. Children under 16 MUST be accompanied by a parent, teacher, or designated guardian at all times.

2. Groups of children should have at least 1 adult supervising for each 5 children on the playground.

3. Children must wear shoes.

4. Children should not bring any kind of sharp objects or weapons on the playground (no sticks, scissors, pointed toys or objects).

5. Children may not leave the playground without their parent/adult supervisor.

6. While on the playground, children must not shove, push, or strike another child.

7. No food or drink should be brought to the playground by a child.

8. Children must not attempt to climb over the boundary walls of the playground.

9. Children’s behavior should always be respectful and kind toward others, their words must be appropriate, and they should obey instructions quickly and without arguing when asked.

If there is a problem or concern regarding the Playground or play equipment, please contact a member of the Children’s Ministry staff immediately.
