Our homeless ministries, Emmaus and Face To Face, are looking for the following donations:
shampoo, deodorant, socks, soap, lotion, toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, c batteries, and bug spray. Please drop off any donations at Taft St Coffee or to the connect table at weekend gatherings. For more information, please email Manuel: manuel@ecclesiahouston.org
New Life offers compassionate, loving care for women experiencing pregnancies by providing free services such as confidential pregnancy testing, biblically based counseling, ultrasounds, abstinence education, and post-abortion counseling. We're going to show them support by stocking them with size 4 and 5 diapers. Drop them off in the basket near the connect table this weekend.

Loving Houston is a movement of church and city leaders to serve areas of Houston that are in need of clean-up and revitalization. Ecclesia is partnering with Loving Houston to provide opportunities to serve the city June 1st - 8th. We are putting teams together to serve at the Weekend Gatherings at 1100 Elder. We would love your help with set-up, parking, and greeting. The First Ward has a new market! Every Thursday from 4-7pm, The Market at Silver Street features local vendors offering fresh fruits and vegetables, prepared foods like tamales and Indian cuisine, fresh herbs from the Community Garden, and more. Our Children's Community is looking for caring, helpful, and fun people to join us in the storytelling and exploration we create each weekend with the children of Ecclesia. If you are interested in finding out more about what we do, now is the perfect time to join us, because you can jump in on a training and start helping right away. Do you enjoy working behind the scenes supporting the work of others? Do you have an eye for design, an ear for music or a taste of color? We'd like to meet you! The technical arts team manages sound, video, lighting and staging for all of Ecclesia's weekend gatherings and special events. Opportunities exist for all skill levels, and training provided. Every Wednesday from 1pm - 3:00pm at Hermann Park. Face to Face is similar to Simple Feast, except on a weekday. It is a fantastic opportunity to join in community and build relationships with our family in Hermann Park.
